Full Itinerary Pickleball in the Algarve Region

  DAY 1 -  Welcome to Pestana Vila Sol, Vilamoura

* Morning: Arrival to Faro Airport. Our drive to your Hotel is about 30 minutes. You can relax at the Resort and nearby cafes.
*Lunch: On your own

* Afternoon: Pickleball Courts will be available for optional afternoon play. Later, we will get together for a warm and friendly Welcome reception at the Resort.

*Dinner:  On your own

• Breakfast:  At the hotel restaurant
• Morning:  We go to the pickleball court for three hours of instruction and play.
• Lunch: On your own at the hotel or one of many local restaurants
• Afternoon: We will explore Vilamoura’s gorgeous beach areas, fantastic shopping, and traditional markets. 
• Dinner: On your own at one of the traditional Portuguese excellent restaurants for you to enjoy. This is the perfect place for beach lovers to see a beautiful sunset.
  

• Breakfast:  At the hotel restaurant 
• Morning:  Pickelball from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm
• Lunch:  On your own
• Afternoon:  We get ready to visit Portimao stunning beaches and one of the best seafood restaurants in the world. Guided Tour 
• Dinner:  Reservations at one of Algarve famous vineyards for winery for wining and dining.

• Breakfast:  At the hotel restaurant 
• Morning:  We go to the pickleball courts for three hours of instruction and play.
• Lunch: After Pickleball, we will visit Faro. Faro Old Town is made up of cobbled streets and squares within a medieval wall. We will visit the Bishop‘s Palace, building dates are from the 1700s; then, to the Museum Municipal de Faro. After that, we can stop and have a meal at one of the outdoor restaurants. 
• Dinner:  We will head out to Silves to enjoy a traditional Portuguese meal. The village is brimming with history and medieval architecture, Silves Castle, and the Silves Cathedral. 

• Breakfast: At the hotel restaurant
• Morning: After breakfast, we will head out to Lagos.  Lagos gets 300 days of sun per year. We will visit the Museu de Lagos, Igreja de Santo Antonio.
• We will see old architecture like the Porta de Sao Goncalo, Castelo de Lagos and Forte de Ponta de Bandeira and visit the Mercado de Escravos. 
• Lunch: You are on your own at a local restaurant. We will make suggestions, so you can savor the local food.
• Afternoon: Free time to shop and enjoy the winding streets and varied sites on your own. Return to the hotel. 
• Dinner: On your own
