About Us

Creative European Adventures Pickleball and Wellness Retreats was founded by a group of travel enthusiasts with a passion for exploring the world. We have chosen CROATIA as our favorite place to play Pickleball and Wellness. Crikvenica Riviera with its amazing pure air, Selce with its beautiful Sea, The Island of Brac, Dalmatian Culture.

The passion for bee's well-being connected us with R.A.W ‘s Paddles and Gear.

The easiness, the passion, and friendly locals mixed with the amazing Mediterranean, Adriatic and Dalmatian sun makes you want to share it with all Pickleball and Wellness Lovers.

Our goal is to share our love of travel and Pickleball with others and help them create unforgettable memories.

About Kekoa, Tour Director and CEO

Kekoa coordinates and meets our guests at each Tour. She will be traveling along to be available at all times to help with every guest's needs...transportation, lodging, itineraries, tours, and anything else you can think of.

Her passion for traveling, meeting people, culture, nature and pickleball guided her to follow her heart.

Kekoa’s favorite phrase is:
“you are the creator of the life you love?"

This is her Story:

Kekoa is the result of many Cultures and Old Country roots. Born in South America, growing up in San Francisco, lived in Hawaii, where she was given the honors of her Hawaiian name by a Hawaiian Kumu. She merged all her experiences and since 2024 has been creating and working at making Pickleball Wellness Retreats in Croatia her Dream

With the awareness that this lifetime is an ”illusion“, she recognizes the existence and well-being of bees as a reflection of our existence, intertwining the fate of these essential creatures with the fabric of our reality.

Kekoa has traveled through Europe since 1985, that was the year she found her love for Croatia and her new family. Her passion for adventures, meeting people, history and Life Itself, has filled this lifetime with priceless experiences.
Now it’s time to share her excitement for Pickleball, Wellness, Bees and mostly her Love for Croatia

DOMENIKA TURKOVIC

Domi started her pickleball adventure after she finished competing for the Arizona State Sun Devils Tennis Team, a division 1 school competing in the PAC -12. She was ranked as high as number 7 in the country in doubles and 69 in singles. Domi was a top player in Croatia in Juniors and played a few professional tournaments before continuing her education in the USA. After a successful tennis career, she decided to turn to her attention to pickleball.

She has been coaching for the past two years and started playing professionally in 2024.

She holds two professional medals on the APP Tour and is currently ranked top 10 in single. Domi has also reached multiple quarterfinals and won 9th place in Women’s and mixed doubles in the past year as she is looking to grow her career globally.

Before becoming a full-time professional player, she used to be a Head Pickleball Professional at Mission Hills Country Club in California. She holds a PPR Professional Certification and her teaching motto is;

’TO HAVE FUN, KEEP MOVING, AND TO IMPROVE YOUR PHYSICAL AND MENTAL ABILITIES ON AND OFF THE COURT’

KATHARINE FISHER - OUR COACH AND SPORT PHYSICAL THERAPIST

Posture & Alignment Expert and PPR Certified Pickleball Coach with a

background in Sports Movement and Alignment.

Katharine comes from a Tennis background. In 2015 she was #1 in the Worldwide Tennis Community for Babolat play.

She found Pickleball!!

and with the awareness that as we at 55 plus experience pain and stiffness, past injuries that can held many back from being active.

Katharine’s goal is a life free of pain. Now she uses her knowledge of movement and bodywork to help others teaching how to move better, protect their joints, and enjoy the game for years to come.

Gregory is an awesome addition to our Team .

Master Level DUPR Coach, PPR, Pro Certified Pickleball Coach Tournament Director. CEO R.A.W. Pickleball Pro Tournament Player.

He brings with him, R.A.W Reign and Win Paddles and Pickleball accessories.

His Expertise and Experience in Pickleball would be an invaluable addition to Our Retreats.

He is the CEO of R.A.W. Reign and Win.

JOY B’JOY - OUR ALL WOMEN PRO

JOY B JOY, an amazing woman, awesome instructor and a dear friend is our instructor and will join us on our Croatia Adventures . Her amazing teaching makes playing pickleball a joy and powerful and successful to all ages and levels.

This is JOY’s Story:

Joy was introduced to Pickleball in early 2019 in Colorado Springs, Colorado. She moved to Los Angeles shortly after and was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to learn from Jessie Irvine, one of the top Pickleball pros on the circuit. Joy was taught to have strong Pickleball basics, which she’s able to share and pass along to her students.

Joy has competed in PPA and APP tours and has medaled in many tournaments, but her true JOY is in seeing her students improve.

Joy is double certified with PPR, Professional Pickleball Registry, and IFP, International Federation of Pickleball.

Joy is a sponsored player with HEAD, Acacia shoes, and Sky Blue Pickleball.

Joy has taught in many different cities, states and Mexico.

Lori, Our Tours Coordinator and Marketing

Lori makes sure every detail gets communicated to our Tour Director. She does this job with full awareness that top customer service and full attention to details is our goal. She hand-picks the best 4-5 Stars Portuguese Luxury Pestana Hotels, keeping in mind that another one of our goals is to be conscious of the country‘s own natural resources.
